Why $99 Works

Maine's annual report fee is $85 for domestic LLCs. Our $99 agent service keeps your total annual compliance cost under $200 — reasonable for the protection and convenience you get. • Agent change filing: $15 (nonprofit) / $35 (for-profit)
• LLC formation: $175

Our $99 is just for registered agent service. State fees are paid directly to Maine.
